2019: A year of challenges and resilience

In the December 2018 editorial of this Bulletin, IBCCRIM made a forceful analysis of the punitive and anti-democratic wave that was looming in the wake of the victory of far-right groups in that year's general elections. It was in this troubled political climate, unprecedented since the end of the civil-military dictatorship, that the Institute's current administration (2019-2020) began its term, certain that challenging days lay ahead for the country and for all individuals and institutions that promote and defend democratic values.
