Busca e apreensão: o regime jurídico de Argentina, Inglaterra e Itália

Abstract

This paper aims the search and seizure discipline in Argentina, England and Italyn. First, considerations are made about this institute on brazilian law. Before starting the explanation on each of the systems mentioned above, in order to contextualize the institute, it is made a brief exposition about their law of evidence. Finally, there are presented the final remarks on the topic.
