The article deals with the excessive language in the order for trial; it presents the main doctrinal and jurisprudential positions regarding this flaw in the judicial act that sends the accused to trial by jury, and concludes, based on a teleological interpretation of applicable constitutional and infraconstitutional provisions, that a ruling on committal for trial with excessive language constitutes a case of absolute procedural nullity.
